✦ by commissioning, the client agrees that they have read and accepted the terms of service
✦ I have the right to refuse any request that I am not comfortable with
✦ all preparation materials (WIPs, bases, designs, etc.) used to create the commission will remain the property of @itsbinches
✦ I own all rights to the work, this means that I can stream the commission, post it on social media/my portfolio, and use it to promote myself (unless stated otherwise)
✦ I reserve the right to repurpose and use any work that had resulted in a cancellation
✦ clients are not allowed to claim my work as their own, use them for NFTs, use them for AI learning, or resell/redistribute the work in any way
✦ clients must provide illustrations and references
✦ all commission deliveries will be in the digital format and the client understands that there is no physical goods to be delivered

PAYMENT

✦ payment in USD (US Dollars) via PAYPAL, KO-FI, or VGEN
✦ available payment options are:

✦ cancellations are only allowed during waitlist or before payment

✦ rush commission base +$10 up to +200% of order total depending on deadline
