i'm mostly known for my chaotic cozy content where every cozy game is maldable and losing for hours in comp is not a big deal! cozy malding is my vibe~
i generally play a lot of cozy indies , league of legends , and FPS games on stream. i also enjoy making non-gaming related content like co-working chat , hand cam / unboxing , and graphic design
my goal is to promote a comfy space for gamers and non-gamers alike, to enjoy games at their core without thinking about skill level, public lobby sentiments, or leaderboard stats. i want my space to be one where anyone can drop by and celebrate the fact that they enjoyed their games even though they've consistently lost for 10hrs straight!

PAYMENT & FEES

✦ full payment must be made upfront prior to working
✦ rush commission fee of +$10 flat rate up to +200% depending on deadline REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

✦ chargebacks and processor disputes are not allowed
✦ all refund and cancellation processes must initiated by @itsbinches via the original payment option/platform
✦ all cancellations after payment will be subjected to a 20% fee ― in which the client will receive a maximum refund of 80% of their payment
✦ in the case that the commission request cannot be completed, the client will receive a full refund initiated by @itsbinches

COPYRIGHT & USEAGE

✦ @itsbinches will retain all rights to the work(s) and thus can include them in a portfolio for self promotion related uses
✦ all preparation materials (WIPs, bases, designs, etc.) used to create the commission will remain the property of @itsbinches and this is inclusive of the rights to repurpose the materials for any reason and in any future works✦ by default, clients may use the commissioned work(s) for streaming & online promotional purposes across all streaming and SNS platforms (Bilibili, Twitch, Youtube, etc.)
✦ only the client is allowed to use the commissioned work ― i.e. the client's friend is not allowed to use the work unless it was specifically communicated and commissioned for the said friend
✦ clients are not allowed to claim the work as their own production, use them for NFTs, use them for AI learning, or mass resell/redistribute the work in any way
✦ the client is not allowed to edit, animate, or add onto the commissioned work(s) in order to resell at a higher rate for any reason ― recoloring or animating for self-use only is allowed
✦ reselling in a package due to streaming graduation, full rebranding, or other event is allowed with notice and only at the original price paid
✦ the client must credit @itsbinches in all possible cases, hyperlinking back to either Twitter or Twitch is much appreciated PRIVACY & NDA

✦ @itsbinches will attribute/credit the clients when sharing the completed work(s) and/or WIPs ― clients may request anonymization e.g. "this is a commission for one of my clients"
✦ delayed publishing of 100 days after delivery can be requested at no additional cost ― not inclusive of WIPs and @itsbinches may immediately post the work after the client has publicly used/posted the work regardless of the delay request✦ NDA 1: the overall creation process (WIPs, live streams, etc) can be kept private for +50% of the total commission ― only the completed deliverables can be posted and shared publicly, client can request attribution or anonymization
✦ NDA 2: the overall creation process and the completed work can be kept private for +200% of the total commission ― @itsbinches will not post or share any content relating to the request creation process WIPs or final deliverables, however the client must still credit @itsbinches when using the work(s)

TIMELINE & PROCESS

if the commission is accepted @itsbinches will contact the client to recomfirm the details of the request, payment invoicing, and provide a general timeline of potential updates and deliverablesregular commission requests will receive periodic communication/updates, skeb commission requests will receive minimal to no communication/updatesall deliverables and deliveries will be in the digital format and the client understands that there is no physical productonce the work has been completed and approved, the files will be emailed to the client directlydelivery date will vary between requests but most commissions are expected to be completed within 7-21 days after payment. any deadlines and rush must be communicated ahead of time

REVISIONS
